FORMAT

Mom2Mom is for mothers of all ages and stages. Mom2Mom begins at 9:00 am and goes until 11:00 am on Friday mornings twice a month. From 9:00-9:15 is check-in and chit-chat time, followed by an icebreaker and announcements. At 9:30, we will start our morning activity or hear from a guest speaker. At 10:15, we will break into discussion groups to further talk through the topic and get to know others on a more intimate level.

 

DISCUSSION GROUPS

At Mom2Mom we may have many women in attendance. To create more personal connections, we will have table discussion groups led by a mentor mom. These groups will give you a chance to discuss the topic of the day and to get to know other moms on a more personal basis.

 

CHILDCARE

Our childcare program is set up as follows: Infants through age one enjoy interaction, stories, and music. They will be cared for according to your instructions. Children age two through kindergarten enjoy stories, lesson time, crafts, videos and snacks.

FEES

We do not have a fee for attending M2M. We are, however, requesting a $25 donation per semester to help with some minor expenses (childcare, speaker fees, crafts, snacks for the kids, office supplies, and administrative expenses, etc.) Occasionally, we will charge for a craft or other "special" event. As we do not want cost to deter anyone from attending, we do have scholarships available. We never want money to be a hindrance to anyone attending Mom2Mom.
