Calvary’s Church Covenant
On July 25th, Calvary Baptist Church celebrated its 50th anniversary, and on that historic date, our church renewed our covenant to affirm our mutual commit to Christ and to one another.
During the months leading up to that day (June and July 2010), I preached through a series of messages on our new church covenant. They explained our church covenant and the associated Scriptures. If you are a member, or considering a visit, I hope you will take a chance to read over these expositions, and to ask God to give you a greater love for his local church. We are praying that God will shape us into a family of faith that is singularly committed to proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ and living lives that illustrate its grace and truth.
