Calvary Baptist Exists To:
WORSHIP God and PROCLAIM the gospel of Jesus Christ from all the Scriptures (John 4:23-24; Colossians 1:28-29; Luke 24:27, 44; Acts 20:28)
LOVE one another and EQUIP the saints for the work of service (John 13:34-35; Ephesians 4:12)
SERVE the community of Seymour, Indiana and to FULFILL the Great Commission in Seymour and all over the world, until Jesus Christ returns (Matthew 5:14-16; Matthew 28:18-20)
Or, to put it into one sentence: Calvary Baptist Church exists to PROCLAIM CHRIST from all the SCRIPTURES in order to MAKE DISCIPLES from all the NATIONS!
Calvary Baptist Church:
Is UNITED by our Church Covenant.
Is ORGANIZED by our Church Constitution.
Is AFFILIATED with the South Central Association, the State Convention of Baptists in Indiana, and the Southern Baptist Convention.
AFFIRMS the Baptist Faith & Message 2000.
